[Fossil Japan Inc.] Jan 2011 – June 2013
Position: Project Manager within the team of Fossil (10 ppl: 1 Project manager 2 real estate specialists and 7 others)
Responsibilities: To complete the store projects within the planned schedule and budget,
Results:
1, In 2 years, I initiated and established all necessary systems for store planning and construction
2, In 2 years and 6 months, I completed projects with the task of opening 31 new stores, and closing 5 stores
3, I completed all the projects within the planned opening schedule
4, I negotiated 10~20 % off of the cost through negotiations with Fossil regional HQ in Asia regarding the design and designated materials to match the desired project cost paid by Japan office
5, I received 10~20% discount of materials buying costs for Fossil through my negotiation skills with suppliers

Position: Project Manager within the team for foreign brands (4 ppl : 3 Project managers 1 director)
Responsibility: To complete the store projects within the planned schedule and budget
Result:
1, I was responsible for communicating and navigating the projects with foreign brands customers and other project related specialists to complete budgeting, scheduling, human-resource controlling etc. This resulted in multiple brands returning for repeat business
2, I completed about 20 projects in various brands with a profit rate (5-10%)

Responsibility: To complete the set design projects drawings, presentations, and check those constructions onsite or at shops
Result:
1, English communication skills dramatically developed as I was a single non-native speaking person in the firm
2, I accumulated and developed the skills and knowledge of the set design projects in trade show, corporate theatre, large PR event and etc. This included Bank of America, Merck, Popular Science, Kodak and more.

[Tara Toy Corp] Sep 2004 – Feb 2005
Position: Designer for toy and package in the design unit (6 ppl: 5 designers 1 director)
Responsibility:To complete the package graphic designs licensed with Barbie, Polly Pocket, Disney, Hot Wheel, Marvel Hero’s, Toy Story and To present new product ideas in sketches
Results:
I have experienced as a professional toy graphic designer in the United States toy fairs and the Christmas business season
